Harbor Place, up close
May 2015 - This special section focuses on the progress to be made in the eastern end of downtown through the Harbor Place project. It will bring in a UMass Lowell satellite campus, river boardwalk and courtyard, businesses and housing--all predicted to boost the economy.

Harbor Place Commercial Building to Become ‘Pentucket Bank Plaza’
May 2015 - The new commercial building replacing F.W. Woolworth's in downtown Haverhill will be known as "Pentucket Bank Plaza," bank officials said Tuesday. The five-story building is one of two associated with Harbor Place being developed by a consortium of the Greater Haverhill Foundation and the Boston Archdiocese's Planning Office for Urban Affairs Inc.
Harbor Place ‘sold out’ as downtown rebirth continues
May 2015 - The Harbor Place project is "sold out"--and that's good news as the eastern end of downtown braces for a comeback, local leaders said. They said all spaces of the commercial project planned for the site of the former Woolworth building have been sold or leased.
Accountant Buys Top Floor of Harbor Place; State Adds to Investments
May 2015 - A local accountant has purchased the fifth--and top--floor of the planned Harbor Place commercial building at the corner of Main and Merrimack Streets. It was one of the final pieces necessary to guarantee construction of the building that will sit in place of the former F.W. Woolworth's.
