I was very excited about moving into the Ledges, and it is meeting all my expectations! I moved in early February. Before that I lived on another Peabody property for 10 years. I find them an exceptional management company. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. They care about their residents, display professionalism, and provide great property maintenance. I can’t say enough about them.

Communication with and for tenants is facilitated by bulletin board. The common areas offer a variety of opportunities to participate in activities or to just relax in pleasant surroundings. There is an embracing feeling of energy amidst a great group of friendly people. I enjoy the balance of independence combined with a sense of community. It’s the best of two worlds: privacy and quiet within a welcoming atmosphere.
