We were thrilled to celebrate the ribbon cutting of 22 Elm Street - our 22 affordable homeownership units in downtown Worcester, in partnership with Synergy Boston!
We celebrated 22 Elm Street, along with the opening of the neighboring Altitude Worcester, the former One Chestnut Place / Fallon Health headquarters, which is the largest office-to-residential conversion in Massachusetts and Downtown Worcester’s first office-to-residential conversion, with 198 apartments.
We are thankful for the support of the Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities (EOHLC); City Manager Eric Batista; and MassHousing who supported and invested in this project and spoke at today's ribbon cutting. This project could not have come to fruition without the support of The Life Initiative; Massachusetts Housing Investment Corporation (MHIC); and foundation supporters Eastern Bank Foundation, Santander Foundation, and The Fletcher Foundation.
