POUA & CICD Celebrate 150 River Street Groundbreaking!

We were thrilled to celebrate the groundbreaking of 150 River Street Village, in partnership with Caribbean Integration Community Development, Inc., yesterday in Mattapan with so many of our State and City officials, lenders, development team members, and neighbors; it takes a village to develop projects like this, that will create 30 units of affordable and mixed-income housing for seniors in Mattapan.

Thank you to Lieutenant Governor Kim Driscoll, Bishop Uglietto, Sheila Dillon (Mayor's Office of Housing), Sheila Galicki (Department of Housing & Urban Development), and Roger Herzog (Community Economic Development Assistance Corporation) for being part of our speaking program yesterday, and thank you to all of our team members, and to Eastern Bank; Secretary Ed Augustus; Red Stone Equity; and to Valerie Burton and the River Street Civic Association for their support of 150 River Street Village.
