We are extremely excited to announce that two of the three new buildings at St. Kevin’s are complete and residents began moving into the second building on July 15th! All 33 apartments in these buildings are leased with residents moving in over the course of the summer.

POUA is excited to work with Cardinal Cushing Center over the next year to develop housing units in its Kennedy Building in Hanover in order to integrate their campus more with the surrounding community!
POUA is pleased to announce that the first building at St. Kevin’s in Dorchester is complete. The 12 townhouse-style apartments at 35 Bird Street will be occupied by the first residents in mid-June!
The Planning Office for Urban Affairs joined The Greater Haverhill Foundation and local and state officials at Pentucket Bank to celebrate the progress of the Harbor Place development on May 15th. All five floors of the commercial building have owners or tenants; the event celebrated the signing of leases and purchase-and-sale agreements for these spaces.
