The Planning Office and its partner on Harbor Place, The Greater Haverhill Foundation, were joined by Cardinal Seán P. O’Malley O.F.M. Cap., Secretary Jay Ash of the Executive Office of Housing and Economic Development, Mayor James Fiorentini, and Brian S. Dempsey, Former Chair of House Committee on Ways and Means.
