Morton Station Village will create 40 units of mixed-income, mixed-tenure housing on a long-vacant site across from the Morton Station train stop in Mattapan, along with green space.

We were thankful to spend time walking college students from Project Destined and Housing Partnership Network's Affordable Housing Bridge Program through two of our development sites in April - the recently completed Cote Village, and the currently in-construction Morton Station Village, both in Mattapan.
